PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torch cleaner for arc welding, which can continuously remove spatters stuck to the tips of a shield nozzle and a contact tip.;SOLUTION: The torch cleaner includes: a cylindrical shape rotary blade member 2 in which, at a prescribed angle to a circumferential direction to the side faces, a slit blade 2b is communicatively formed from the upper end to the middle part thereof; a tip-stuck matter removal blade 3 in which planar blades 2b are radially arranged on a substrate 2a; a coil spring 5 whose upper edge is fitted with the tip-stuck matter removal blade 3; and a driving part rotating the rotary edge member 2. Since the tip-stuck matter removal blade 3 is fitted to the upper edge of the coil spring 5, and, normally, the upper edge of the rotary edge member 2 is composed so as not to protrude to the upper part from the planar blade 3b, it does not undergo the phenomenon that ring-shaped spatters 99a peeled from the tip of the shield nozzle 52 are superposed in a skewering manner on the rotary edge member 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
