PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a capability to estimate the factor of abnormality incurred in an electric facility.SOLUTION: An electric facility abnormality factor estimation apparatus includes: an acquisition section 5 for acquiring one of or both a voltage signal and a current signal in an electric facility 3 as a detecting signal; an extraction section 6 for extracting a feature amount representing features of the detecting signal from the detecting signal; and an identification section 7 for identifying the factor of abnormality incurred in the electric facility 3 on the basis of the extracted feature amount. The extraction section 6 converts the detecting signal for performing frequency analysis in such a manner that information of a time domain is included in a result, and extracts the feature amount from the converted signal.
