PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and to make a box packing apparatus compact.;SOLUTION: The box packing apparatus 1 includes at least a placing base 2 for placing an upwardly open box body B, and a transfer shelf 3 for placing, in parallel, long vegetables M for one stage to be transferred into the box body B. The transfer shelf 3 is arranged above the placing base 2 in a state of being turnable around a horizontal shaft 19 located above the placing base 2 so that a shelf part 17 for placing the long vegetables M can be placed in an obliquely downward inclining attitude toward the inside of the box body B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
