PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of managing an article such as a commodity with an instructed appropriate storage temperature at ordinary temperature as much as possible by acquiring a vertical temperature distribution within a building such as a warehouse. PSOLUTION: The storage-time temperature of a storage place is determined, based on a vertical temperature calculation formula obtained by substituting a temperature expression of an indoor vertical temperature distribution-responsive block model capable of showing a thermal movement each among upper, middle and lower blocks by temperature to the temperature of a calculation formula of thermal network method for performing a yearly unsteady heat balance calculation of a number of rooms with the temperature as a variable, by determining a coefficient of the vertical temperature calculation equation from a CFD calculation result, whereby the vertical temperature distribution of the ordinary-temperature warehouse is acquired.
