PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the winding speed of a film by imparting proper tension to the film while removing a crease generated in the cross direction of the film.;SOLUTION: A device 30 for removing the crease of the film includes: a first member 31 positioning the belt-like film 11 moving in the longitudinal direction along the first member or winding the belt-like film; and a second member 32 holding the film 11 together with the first member and forming air holes 32b facing the film 11. The device for removing the crease of the film further includes an air blasting means blasting air against the belt-like film from an air hole and pushing the belt-like film against the first member. A device for winding the film includes: the device 30 for removing the crease of the film; a feed 12 forwarding the wound film; and a winder 13 winding the film forwarded from the feed.
