PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system on the notifier side, along with a system and method for notification of plant information, capable of promptly and reliably sharing necessary plant information between a sender and a receiver, concerning the situation of alarms actuation and that of the occurrence of an unusual event in a plant in case of an emergency. PSOLUTION: The system A on the notifier side which sends plant information to a system B on the receiving side includes a plant data collection component 1, a database component 2, a determination assistance component 3, an information sending component 5, a clock component 9 and an information display component 6. The determination assistance component 3 has a determination assistance display component 3a comprising a display screen for extracting and displaying plant parameters corresponding to an event to be determined from the database component 2, a display screen which inputs and displays the results of the determination of each plant parameter, a display screen which inputs and displays the results of comprehensive determination, a display screen which inputs and displays whether the plant information is a flash report or determined information or neither and a time display screen for displaying the time when the flash report or the determined information is input. The information sending component 5 sends the flash report or the determined information that is input and displayed by the determination assistance display component 3a to the system B on the receiving side.
