Condition Report -A Better Problem Reporting System in the Nuclear Power Plant

It is very important for an operating nuclear power plant to establish a system to identify, report,rnanalyze, trace and assess the problems occurred in the plant to ensure the safety and reliability. This paperrnintroduces a better problem reporting system—condition report system that was practiced in QinshanrnNuclear Power Plant (QNPP) and introduced from the foreign nuclear power plants’ experience. Therncondition report system can help the plant reporting problems on the system, equipment and managementrnprocess in a timely and effectively manner, and also ensure the reported condition were traced andrncorrected timely and effectively.
