PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a flaking prevention function of the periphery of an anchor section comprising an anchor hole and an anchor bolt.;SOLUTION: An anchor hole 42, which undergoes the insertion of the anchor bolt 41 for fixing a building unit onto a foundation 11, is embedded in the rising portion 13 of the foundation 11; and an reinforcing bar 43 for an anchor section, which reinforces the anchor hole 42, is also embedded therein. The reinforcing bar 43 includes a flaking prevention bar 51 which has a pair of flaking prevention portions 53 disposed on both the width-direction sides of the rising portion 13 with the anchor hole 42 in between, and a positioning bar 59 which is provided separately from the flaking prevention portions 53 while abutting on the upside of a main reinforcement 32 at the upper end.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
