PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monodispersed spherical inorganic phosphor which has high luminescence intensity, can be used for the production of colloidal crystal, and can be applied to biological and medical engineering, as well as its manufacturing method, and to provide a regular array body using the monodispersed spherical inorganic phosphor.;SOLUTION: The monodispersed spherical inorganic phosphor has oxide fluorescent nanoparticles dispersed in a spherical silica matrix, wherein the average particle diameter is 0.1-1.5 μm, and the degree of mono dispersion (=(standard deviation of particle size)×100/(average of particle size)) is 10% or less.
