PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference system capable of providing a more easy-to-use user interface, and to provide a technique related to the system.;SOLUTION: A conference system includes an operation input unit, a camera 40, an action detection unit, and a transmission action control unit. The operation input unit receives an operation input which is the operation input from each one of users UA-UD in order to select a transmission object file. The camera 40 photographs the respective users UA-UD. The action detection unit detects a predetermined action of the user (e.g. a throwing gesture) on the basis of a photographed image by the camera 40.
