PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling protective cover which can stably fix on the ground, prevent to be blown by a wind, effectively ventilate the inside thereof, and favorably introduce rainfalls inside thereof.;SOLUTION: The seeding protective cover made of a transparent thin resin is placed on a ground 70 covering seedlings, and includes a continuous annular shaped recessed part 6 in the circumferential direction provided in the upper end side part 5 of a dome part 3, wherein the seedlings are housed. A through-hole 9 capable of functioning as a ventilation hole or a water passing hole is provided in the bottom surface part 7 of the annular shaped recessed part 6 separately in the circumferential direction.
