PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for experimenting a model of a tunnel pressure wave in a high-speed railway capable of improving accuracy of a model experiment, by suppressing rotation of a train model by using a train model having a three-dimensional shape similar to an actual train. PSOLUTION: In this model experiment method of the tunnel pressure wave in the high-speed railway, a launching device 5 having a rotating wheel 5A for an axisymmetrical train model is provided, and a train model 2 guided by a piano wire 1 and having a rectangular part 13 and an axisymmetrical part 14 formed thereon is launched at high speed by the launching device 5.
