PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring activity of Ptprz, to provide a method for screening a Ptprz activity-regulating substance, to provide a Ptprz substrate motif important and indispensable for the establishment of the methods, and to provide a Ptprz substrate peptide. PSOLUTION: The dephosphorylation site of a substrate molecule (Git1, Magi1) of the Ptprz is clarified, and the substrate motif is discovered.
