PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sperm sampler capable of efficiently sampling sperms by pressurizing the penis with delicate adjustment.SOLUTION: The sperm sampler includes: a cylindrical part 1 composed of a flexible and elastic material such as silicone rubber; and a synthetic resin case 2 for covering the periphery of the cylindrical part. The case has openings 20 at two or more parts in the longitudinal direction thereof, and a pressing tool 3, which has a flange part 30 and is configured so that the flange part is hooked from the inner side of the case to the edge part of the opening, is provided on the opening so as to finger-pressure the cylindrical part and to be returned to an initial position by the elastic force of the cylindrical part or the elastic force of a spring provided in the pressing tool.
