Methods for the evaluation of project management career

Methods for the evaluation of career of project management systems and methods consistent with the present invention evaluate and valoram project management offices ("PMOS"). They obtained the information relating to the current project management capabilities of a PMO.The information is compared with the information of industry best practices and knowledge and experience consolidated. Based on the comparison, evaluates the current maturity of capacity of PMO. The maturities of the current capabilities of PMO receive scores provide a standardized measure of the maturity of each capacity.In addition to the scores, recommendations are provided indicating specific modes through which the PMO can improve the maturities of their capabilities.
