Culturing method of BHK-21 cell line and produíction of rabies virus for veterinary use

The invention relates to cultivation of a production line BHK-21 cells in suspension in a bioreactor using a serum-free medium. Onto the thus grown cell line is then produced by rabies virus in a quantity which enables all of the production of rabies vaccines. During culturing rabies virus does not alter their essential properties in terms of safety or for immunogenicity after administration of various types of farm and domestic animals.
