The present invention is to make recombinant subunit vaccine against enterotoxaemia caused by C. perfringens epsilon toxin.This toxin is classified by the CDC and U.S. Department of Agriculture as a class Bioterrorism Agent which is second highest priority to national security. Since it has the potential to be aerosolized as a BT agent can be misuse as a bioterrorism agent by contaminating food or water supplies. There is no vaccine available to protect human against C. perfringensfood poisoning or wound infection. Present invention is to make potential subunit vaccine for C. perfringens epsilon toxin for human use.
