The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to a method for limiting the recrystallization of the microstructure of the surface zone of the part from superalloy by treating thereof at a temperature of 800-900 (C in oxygen containing environment for introducing oxygen into the surface zone in an amount sufficient to produce a fine oxidic compounds which are discrete separate phases, which fix limits of any further grains in the surface zone and the part from the superalloy, which is treated by this method. The invention provides a reduction in the level of recrystallization of the part from superalloy due to the controlling the amount of oxygen introduced during processing, and increasing of quality of the parts from superalloy that are produced by this method.
