A method for producing vitaminized buckthorn-and-sunflower oil with functional properties includes preparation of components, extraction of carotene-containing raw material and mixing thereof with refined sunflower oil. Additionally buckthorn berries are mechanically processed, dried, mixed with preheated refined sunflower oil, stirred and macerated, filtered from cake and further filtered from settling, poured in containers.
