The technique for the early postoperative tube feeding of the patient with acute ileus provides for using microirrigator No. 5 (perimeter , wall thickness ) at the distance of from Treitz's ligament into small intestine. The proximal end of microirrigator is fixed onto the lateral abdominal wall. The tube is removed upon the end of the period of the enteral feeding.
