METHOD FOR PREPARING COMPLEX OF ETHYL ESTER OF ALPHA-BROMOISOVALERIC ACID, ESSENTIAL OIL AND CYCLODEXTRIN FOR MANUFACTURING SOLID DOSAGE FORMS

A method for preparing the complex of ethyl ester of alpha-bromoisovaleric acid, essential oil and cyclodextrin in the solid form comprises mixing the complex with povidon. The components are loaded in the following sequence: purified water and povidon are mixed until dissolution, then cyclodextrin is added and the dispersion is mixed until homogeneity. Ethyl ester of alpha-bromoisovaleric acid and essential oil are dissolved in ethanol as separate solution and mixed until transparency. This solution is added to the dispersion of cyclodextrin and aqueous solution of povidon. The dispersion is mixed until the increase in the viscosity. Finally, the composition is dried in the oven.
