METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF LIPID DISORDERS IN RAT BLOOD BY CORAZOL-INDUCED CONVULSIVE SYNDROME

摘要

A method for the evaluation of lipid disorders in rat blood by corazol-induced convulsive syndrome provides for investigation of fat-acid composition of tissue of cerebrum and blood plasma at ischemic process. Fat acid composition of plasma lipids and blood erythrocytes is determined by means of gas-liquid chromatography, with detection of change of content of myristic, palmitic and arachidonic acids, with calculation of the ratio of those by given formula, and at comparison to characteristics of control the disorder is evaluated.
