摘要

A method for quick preparation of a sample of oocyte-cumulus complex for microscopic investigation includes fixation and following preparation of the sample. Fixation is performed with hydro-thermal method. Formation of the sample is carried out in glycerin through compression of oocyte-cumulus complex with cover glass.
