METHOD FOR FASHIONING ANASTOMOSIS IN DYNAMIC COLONIC OBSTRUCTION

The method for fashioning anastomosis in dynamic colonic obstruction comprises the resection of the bowel within the edges of viable tissues and end to end anastomosis. The ends of afferent loop (upper and lower edges) are dissected. The end of the efferent loop (the upper edge) is dissected at an angle of 135 degrees, while the lower edge is dissected at an angle of 45 degrees relative to the direction of the passage of intestinal content. The upper edge of afferent loop is dissected at an angle of 135 degrees, and the lower edge – at an angle of 45 degrees.
