TECHNIQUE FOR ANASTOMOSIS IN COLONIC DYNAMIC OBSTRUCTION

A technique for anastomosis in the colonic dynamic obstruction comprises colonic resection within the viability margins with end-to-end anastomosis. The afferent and efferent colonic loops are cut in perpendicular to the direction of the passage of the colonic content. The ends of afferent and efferent loops are cut at an angle.
