The present invention concerns lysine related derivatives of Formula (I)(see formula I)their use as protease inhibitors, in particular as HIV aspartyl proteaseinhibitors, processes fortheir preparation as well as pharmaceutical compositions and diagnostic kitscomprisingthem. The present invention also concerns combinations of the present lysinerelatedderivatives with another anti-retroviral agent. It further relates to theiruse in assays asreference compounds or as reagents.
