A disperser system (100) includes a disperser body (110) that defines a substantially air-tight chamber (115) therein. A sprayer assembly (130) includes a passage (160), a fluid coupling (170), a nozzle (122), a valve (134), a valve trigger (132) and a pouch (140). The passage (170) is in fluid communication with the chamber (115). The valve (134) is in fluid communication with both the passage (160) and the fluid coupling (170) and opens to the nozzle (122).
