The invention relates to a heating, ventilation and/or air-conditioning facility (1) for a motor vehicle, comprising: an air-conditioning loop (3) inside which a cooling fluid (FR) circulates, comprising a compressor (7), an outer heat exchanger (9), and an evaporator (11); and a secondary loop (5) inside which a heat-transfer fluid (FC) circulates, the air-conditioning loop (3) and the secondary loop (5) interacting by means of a bi-fluid heat exchanger (19). The air-conditioning loop (3) comprises at least one first switching body (15₁) arranged between the compressor (7) and the outer heat exchanger (9), a second switching body (15₂) arranged between the outer heat exchanger (9) and the bi-fluid heat exchanger (19), and a third switching body (15₃) arranged between the compressor (7) and the bi-fluid heat exchanger (19). The invention also relates to a method for implementing such a heating, ventilation and/or air-conditioning facility (1).
