STRAINS AND CONSORTIUM OF PROBIOTIC STRAINS OF LACTOBACILLUS CRISPATUS 2029, LACTOBACILLUS GASSERI 2016 AND LACTOBACILLUS PLANTARUM 2025 FOR PRODUCING A BACTERIAL PREPARATION AND STARTER CULTURE

The invention relates to the field of microbiology and biotechnology, particularly to lactobacillus strains which can be used in food and medical biotechnology. Proposed are the strains Lactobacillus crispatus2029 (ВКМ B-2727D), Lactobacillus gasseri 2016 (ВKM B-2728DJ) and Lactobacillus plantarum 2025 (BKM B-2731D), which exhibit antagonistic activity with respect to pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, and a consortium based on said strains for producing a bacterial preparation, a biologically active additive, a chewing gum, and a direct inoculation starter culture for producing a sour milk functional nutrition product. The consortium includes strains of dominant types of lactobacillus, characteristic of the vaginal microbial community of healthy women of child-bearing age. The consortium has higher antagonistic activity with respect to pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms than the individual lactobacillus strains of which it is composed. Use of the consortium will make it possible to add to the variety of treatments for maintaining and improving female urogenital health.
