FLOW INSTRUMENT AND LIQUID PATH SYSTEM

A flow instrument and a liquid path system. The liquid path system comprises a flow chamber (6), a sample providing device, a waste pool (9), a sheath fluid pool (1), a negative pressure source (13), a quantitation device (2), and a flow monitoring device of sample flow. The negative pressure source (13), the waste pool (9), and the flow chamber (6) are communicated in sequence. The negative pressure source (13) provides negative pressure in relative to the sample providing device for the flow chamber (6), so that the sample flows to the flow chamber (6) under the function of negative pressure. The flow monitoring device of the sample flow monitors flow of the sample flow, outputs, in real time, a feedback signal reflecting flow change of the sample flow, and regulates, according to the feedback signal, flow of sheath liquid delivered by the quantitation device (2). The flow instrument can provide a continuous and absolute counting function for particles, does not need additional adding of standard particles, and does not need multiple times of sample pushing by using a metering pump.
