Provided is a preparation method for a silicon negative electrode pole piece of a lithium ion battery, comprising the following steps of: weighting a silicon material, a plasticizer, a binder and a conducting agent to form a silicon negative electrode slurry solid composition, dispersing the solid composition into an organic solvent, stirring, and preparing silicon negative electrode slurry, the plasticizer accounting for 4%-30% based on the total weight of the silicon negative electrode slurry solid composition; and applying the silicon negative electrode slurry onto a surface of a current collector, drying and rolling, subsequently placing the pole piece rolled into methanol or ethanol to extract, and obtaining a silicon negative electrode pole piece of a lithium ion battery after drying. The preparation method only needs to utilize a small amount of plasticizer to prepare a porous silicon negative electrode pole piece with high porosity and large pore size, is simple and practicable, low in cost, free from contamination, and feasible for industrial production. Also provided are a silicon negative electrode pole piece of a lithium ion battery, and a lithium ion battery containing the silicon negative electrode pole piece of the lithium ion battery.
