A mask frame, comprising: an outer frame, comprising two groups of opposite edges, the two groups of opposite edges forming a hollow sealed rectangle frame; a fixing rod, arranged inside the outer frame and connected to a group of opposite edges of a mask plate; and a fixing mechanism, used for connecting the outer frame and the fixing rod arranged inside the outer frame, to play a part of supporting the fixing rod, and reducing or compensating for, by stretching outwards fixing rod contracting inwards, the amount of inward contraction of borders of the fixing rod caused when the fixing rod tightens the mask plate. Further comprised is an evaporation mask component having the mask frame.
