摘要

A temperature measurement and calibration circuit, a passive radio-frequency identification tag and a method for measuring temperature using same. The temperature measurement and calibration circuit for the tag generates an upper-limit reference voltage value and a lower-limit reference voltage value which are not changed with the temperature change, calibrates same to a uniform upper-limit voltage value and lower-limit voltage value, and eliminates the problem that the reference voltages are different due to the fact that each tag is affected by the fluctuation of the power source voltage and process variation. Meanwhile, a temperature measurement voltage generation circuit for the tag generates a calibration voltage value in the condition of a uniform calibration temperature. After translational calibration is performed on the calibration voltage value, the calibration voltage values of tags to be measured are made equal, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the measured temperature values of different tags, and being widely applied to the technical fields of ambient temperature detection, animal temperature detection, cold chain temperature detection, etc.
