The dough pieces are extended in the frame of positioning diagonally and/or transverse to the longitudinal direction of the dough strip and/or are rotated in a desired position and/or are extended in longitudinal direction of the dough strips in a sequence in which cross-expanding is carried out. The dough pieces are extended in the frame of the positioning respectively on a separate conveying band unit diagonally and/or transverse to the longitudinal direction of the dough strip and subsequently rotated in a desired position and/or extended in longitudinal direction of the dough strips. The dough pieces are cut by a device formed as a stamp device and cross extending device with cuttings and/or pickings and pull the longitudinal row after the cutting, diagonal to longitudinal direction of the dough strips from dough pieces of another longitudinal row related to the dough strip middle axis towards outside or transverse towards outside. The controlling of the rotating- and longitudinal extending device and the stamp- and cross-extending device is carried out in actual and target levels for the stamp- and cross-extending device and rotating- and longitudinal extending device. An independent claim is included for a device for the production of cut dough pieces with triangular and isoscele base form from a dough strip.
