Disclosed are a user positioning method and device based on a CDN and network convergence. The method comprises forming a fused device through fusing a CDN node of a CDN system with a network device, wherein the fused device comprises a CDN component and a network component and is deployed with a local domain name system (DNS) server; generating a DNS record containing a domain name of a signed internet content provider (ICP)/internet service provider (ISP) and taking an external service address of the CDN component of the fused device as the address corresponding to the domain name, and/or generating an address relation record containing an address of the local DNS server and the corresponding relation of the external service address of the CDN component of the fused device; and obtaining DNS analysis results for being returned to a user by using the DNS record or the address relation record when the user initiates a DNS analysis request, and therefore, the user builds application links according to the analysis results and the CDN component of the fused device, and the user positioning from the user to the CDN component of the fused device is achieved.
