The invention relates to a transparent glass substrate that is combined with a transparent electrically conductive layer that is capable of forming a photovoltaic module electrode and consists of a doped oxide. Said substrate differs in that it involves: taking, on a 2 cm x 2 cm surface, at least five images through atomic force microscopy of 10 μm x 10 μm (512 pixels x 12 pixels) of the surface of said transparent electrically conductive layer opposite said transparent glass substrate by means of an AFM tip having a radius of curvature equal, at most, to 10 nm; then for each of the five images, calculating, through bilinear interpolation, all the contour lines with a spacing of 1 nm at a supersampling rate of 4 points per pixel while only keeping the contour lines that are closed and define a region containing a single local maximum, with no local minimum. Said substrate moreover differs in that: the mean of the values obtained for the five images, from the mean isoperimetric ratio defined, for the contour line areas between 2000 nm2 and 8000 nm2, as the perimeter of said contour lines in the square divided by 4 times π times the area thereof, is at most equal to 1.17, and the mean of the values obtained for the five images, from the height distribution-type spacing, is between 20 and 200 nm. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing one such substrate, as well as to a photovoltaic module, a shaped heating glass, a planar lamp electrode, and an organic light-emitting diode device that includes one such substrate.
