Method for designing a partial removable denture for a patient comprising the steps of:- providing a 3D scan of the patient's teeth;- virtually designing a framework;- virtually designing at least one telescopic double crown,wherein the at least one telescopic double crown comprises an internal crown which is defined as a primary part, and an external crown which is defined as a secondary removable part, and wherein virtually designing the at least one telescopic double crown further comprises the steps of:- virtually designing the primary part;- virtually designing the secondary part; and- automatically generating the external surface of the primary part and the internal surface of the secondary part to have matching shapes,where at least a region of the external surface of the primary part and the corresponding region of the internal surface of the secondary part are substantially straight having the same well-defined angle.
