A terminal structure (31) of a coaxial cable (10) include an internal conductor connection portion (33), a removal portion (35) and an external conductor connection portion (37). The internal conductor connection portion (33) has a conducting portion (10d) on an end face (10b). The internal conductor connection portion (33) is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the external conductor (15) exposed from the external insulating layer (17) and is connected to the internal conductor (11) via the conducting portion (10d) and the external conductor (15). The removal portion (35) is provided at the rear side relative to the internal conductor connection portion (33), and is formed by circumferentially removing a part of the external conductor (15) exposed from the external insulating layer (17). The external conductor connection portion (37) is provided at the rear side relative to the removal portion (35), is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the external conductor (15), is shut off from the internal conductor connection portion (33) by the removal portion (35), and is connected to the external conductor (15).
