The invention relates to a single-use sterile device for filling syringes with radiopharmaceutical drugs, including: at least two followers (P1), each of which is connected, at a first end (E1) thereof, to a spinal needle (A1) capable of engaging with a vial (16) containing a radiopharmaceutical drug and positioned in a means for confining ionizing radiation, and, at a second end (E2) thereof, to a first safety connector (C1) capable of being connected to a second safety connector (C2) secured to a syringe (S1) for a patient; and a bracket (D1) on which at least two first safety connectors (C1) are attached. The invention also relates to an automatic system and to a method which implement such a device.
