The present invention relates to a construction machine provided with a device for listening to the voice of an auxiliary worker around a working device, and the construction machine provided with a driving compartment in which a driver is positioned and a working device positioned apart from the driving compartment at a predetermined distance therefrom, comprises: a microphone positioned at the front end portion of the working device and receiving sound waves around the working device so as to convert the same to electric signals; a controller for only amplifying voice signals from the electric signals converted by the microphone so as to output the amplified voice signals in response to a user command input; and a speaker positioned in the driving compartment so as to convert, into voice signals, the electric signals outputted by the amplification of only the voice signals through the controller and to output the converted voice signals, wherein an equipment driver in the driving compartment (for example: cabin) can carry out efficient and precise operations while carrying out smooth communication with workers on the outside.
