The present invention relates to an anti-vibration apparatus provided between a socket coupling part of a light fixture and a lamp socket coupled to the socket coupling part so as to protect a lamp from external vibration or shock and, more specifically, to an anti-vibration apparatus having one or more buffering protrusions (15, 15' and 15") formed to protrude from the outer side, upper side and lower side of a body (10) thereof, wherein the anti-vibration apparatus is inserted into and coupled with the socket connecting part of the light fixture in a point contact state by the buffering protrusions of the outer side, upper side and lower side, so as to provide excellent external vibration or shock absorption, and the body (10) is formed to be sloped with a wide top and narrow bottom and of which the entire width gradually increases from the lower part to the upper part and is thus easily inserted into the socket coupling part of the light fixture and forcedly fitted therein in the form of a wedge, thereby providing excellent assembly workability and coupling firmness.
