Method of sawing of wood lamellae and the manufacturing of a multi-layer product

The method involves sawing slats directly from wood i.e. round split log (1), along a height direction using a belt saw, where the slats exhibit unchanged width relative to the round split log. The slats are sawed with an angle of about 45-80 degree between a transport direction of the wood and a movement direction of a saw blade during a sawing process. The slats are stacked with spacers and dried by warm air, where the spacers exhibit a strip form. The spacers are perforated transverse to a longitudinal direction of the strip form.
