An impeller fastening inspection method that includes: a step (S212) wherein vibration is directly or indirectly applied to a turbine shaft which has been inserted into a bearing housing and on both ends of which impellers have been provided, and at least one of the impellers is fastened by means of a fastening member, with the fastening force of the fastening member also fastening a rotary member that rotates integrally with that impeller; a step (S214) wherein the vibration of the turbine shaft is measured; and a step (S216) wherein a determination is made regarding whether the peak vibration frequency of the measured vibration of the turbine shaft is within a predetermined range.
