摘要

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing bilayer scaffold by an one-step process and a method for regenerating a tissue using the bilayer scaffold obtained by the method. Unlike an existing method for manufacturing a bilayer scaffold through a two-step process of separately preparing polymeric scaffolds and attaching the polymeric scaffolds, the method for manufacturing the bilayer scaffold is able to obtain a completely attached bilayer scaffold through the one-step process without a separate attaching process. Also, tissue regeneration can be promoted by culturing cells on the prepared bilayer scaffold and regenerating tissues on a skin lesion or co-culturing chondrocytes and bone cells and applying the co-cultured product to a part in which bone comes in contact with cartilage.
