The present invention relates to a metal oxide sintered body for a temperature sensor and a manufacturing method of a metal oxide sintered body for a temperature sensor, and, more specifically, to a metal oxide sintered body which shows high resistance characteristics for detecting temperatures in a wide range of temperatures. A metal oxide sintered body manufactured by a manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises the mixture of particles with high resistance values and with low resistance values, wherein the particles with low resistance are the main component at the temperatures in the range of 0?ƒ-500?ƒ while the particles with high resistance values whose temperatures are in the range of 500?ƒ-900?ƒ has effect of increasing the total resistance value by contributing to the total resistance as much as the mixture ratio. Hence, a metal oxide sintered body makes only one sensor to be used for an exhaust device of a vehicle required for measuring a wide range of temperatures, since the sensor composed of the metal oxide sintered body measures the wide range of temperatures from less than 0?ƒ to 900?ƒ.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
