The present invention relates to a method for detecting genetic predisposition to colorectal cancer using DNA microarray by testing patient's biological sample towards occurance of mutations in genes MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, NOD2, CDK2A, CHEK2, CYP1B1.;The invention relates also to a kit for carrying out the method according to the invention and a set of primers for use in the amplification of genetic material by PCR method and a set of oligonucleotide sequences for use as probes for detecting genetic predisposition to colorectal cancer.
