The present invention relates to a non-toxic natural pigment paint for finger-painting for infants which contains the following: a tamping material containing purified water, ethanol, glycerine, carboxy methylcellulose, hydroxy propyl methylcellulose, hyaluronic acid, polysorbate, and natural preservative; and a lake pigment containing natural pigments. The natural pigment functional paint is provided to prevent easy delamination, reduce the change of color of the natural pigments, and increase shielding force by painting as a base.
