PURPOSE: Producing method and apparatus for rooted cuttings or grafted nursery plants are provided to improve the rooting rate of the cuttings and the nursery plants. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus for rooted cuttings or grafted nursery plants comprises the following: a sealed type plant producing chambers(10) enabling users to control the environment including the temperature and the humidity; plural rooting boxes(20) with an opening/closing hole for locating the grafted nursery plants or the rooted cuttings, installed inside the plant producing chambers; and a controller controlling the relative humidity and the lightness inside the rooting boxes.
