The present invention is characterized by including; a first partition which a discharge pipe for combustion gas discharged from a boiler after combustion passes through; and a second partition which outside air passes through connected with an outside air supply pipe supplying the outside air into a supply air inlet of a waste heat recovery ventilation apparatus being connected to one end or both ends; and a case including a partition wall dividing the first partition and the second partition; and a heat transfer part surrounding outer periphery face of a discharge pipe for combustion gas passing through the first partition with a part piercing through the partition wall protruding toward the second partition for heat transfer and dissipation of the combustion gas; and also characterized by raising temperature of the outside air through heat exchange occurring between the outside air passing through the second partition and the heat transfer part after conduction from the first partition to the second partition by the heat transfer part protruding toward the second partition. According to the present invention, effects are produced wherein condensation in the waste heat recovery ventilation apparatus may be prevented thereby, pleasant indoor air for housing be secured, and heat loss resulting from heating by ventilation be reduced due to a temperature rise of the outside air through heat transfer occurring between the outside air passing through the second partition and the heat transfer part as heat of the combustion gas discharged from the combustion gas discharge pipe surrounds the combustion gas discharge pipe and is conducted from the first partition to the second partition by the heat transfer part protruding toward the second partition.
