PURPOSE: A dew condensation preventing damper and a ventilation unit with the same provide an effective insulating member to a damper blade plate without increasing the weight of the damper blade plate.;CONSTITUTION: A dew condensation preventing damper comprises; a pipe body with a sealed state maintaining surface inside; and a blade plate opening or closing the inside of the pipe body while axially rotating inside the pipe body. The blade plate includes a first board(10) and a second board(20). One or more grooves are formed in one side of the first board.
